To order/book for favours and balloons

For FAVOURS to order simply email me on heather@weddingfavours.fsnet.co.uk with a description of the favour you are interested in and I will email an outline of the order letter and an order form.  You can then complete the order form and it is appreciated if a small sample of the wedding colour scheme is included with the order form and payment to assist with colour matching.  

It is my endeavor to ensure all favours are with the bride at least a week before the wedding date, unless an order has been placed with only a short time before the date and then as soon as possible.  No order will be dispatched until the payment cheque has cleared.  All payments received will be acknowledged in writing.

For booking BALLOON DECORATIONS, please email me at heather@weddingfavours.fsnet.co.uk with your wedding or party date, colour scheme, reception venue and contact telephone number.  If I am free on that date (I can usually do 2 weddings and an evening reception or party in one day), I will forward some further pictures of balloon decorations.  I will then contact you to arrange an appointment to discuss your decoration ideas.
